I don't know about you but going to the cinema is hardly a treat these days. I can't understand how so many terrible movies even leave the daydreams of some writers. Dark Girls, however, is something I definitely want to see. The ill-treatment of people of a darker complexion in the black community is a huge problem that stems from colonial times and shows no sign of change. It\s sad really but if the trailer is anything to go by this documentary will be interesting and moving.
